Shipping

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking is sent by email.

• If resizing is requested, allow an additional 1–2 weeks depending on the piece.

• All shipments are tracked and insured.
  

• Please be aware that buyers from outside the EU might be subject to import duties and VAT.

Returns & Refunds

How to start a return

• Email Stellar Tales within 7 days of delivery to request authorization.

• Once authorized, ship the item back within 14 days and share the return tracking.

Conditions

• Item must be undamaged and unaltered

• Resized, engraved or altered pieces are not returnable.

• Use a tracked and insured service. Keep proof of postage. Lost returns are not refundable.

Fees and deductions

• Customer pays shipping both ways. Any outbound shipping included in the item price will be deducted from the refund.

• Any duties or taxes prepaid by Stellar Tales on your behalf will be deducted.
  

Refund timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days from receipt.

Layaway Terms

• A non-refundable down payment starts the layaway.

• The remaining balance, plus any taxes, shipping, or agreed fees, is split into equal payments over the layaway period.

• Missing two consecutive payments voids the layaway. The item returns to stock. Amounts paid are refunded minus the non-refundable down payment.

• The item ships 1–3 business days after the final payment clears.
