CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Contact me within 10 days of the delivery date.
- The shipping charges will be paid by the customer (unless the return was a result of my error). I strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage as lost items will not be refunded.
- The item returned needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The item needs to be mailed back within 3 days of return authorization.
- Custom made orders cannot be returned.
- I don’t accept returns due to change of mind.
