Early 20th century rose diamond and seed pearl crossover ring c.1920.
A graceful spray of rose-cut diamonds curves across the finger in an open S-scroll, each arm terminating in a larger high domed rose cut and anchored at the centre with a luminous seed pearl. The white metal top is finely grain-set with tiny rose diamonds along the shoulders, giving the ring a soft, continuous shimmer as it turns on the hand. The effect is airy yet opulent, very much in the Belle Époque / early Art Deco taste.
18 carat yellow gold shank with white gold or platinum top (touchstone tested).
Twelve rose-cut diamonds, total estimated weight c.0.40 ct, bright and lively.
One seed pearl to centre.
Head of ring approximately 1.9 cm in length.
Ring size 50 EU / 10 IT / US 5¼ (resizing possible by your jeweller).
Weight 3.1 g.
No hallmarks, tested for metal fineness.
Comes with certificate of authenticity
