RARE 3.5 CTW Indigo-to-Violet Color Shift Sapphire & Diamond Halo Ring

Indigo to Violet COLOR SHIFT Sapphire Ring with 2 Ct Sapphire and 1.5 ct Diamonds 

This ring features one of the rarest phenomena seen in sapphire: colour shift. Its approximately 2-carat centre stone changes character as the light changes, appearing a deep, indigo blue in some conditions and revealing distinct violet tones in others. The effect is subtle in certain light and much more pronounced in others.

Surrounding the sapphire is an impressive halo of diamonds, estimated to total approximately 1.50 carats. Rather than serving as a delicate border, the diamonds form a substantial, brilliantly sparkling frame around the sapphire, creating beautiful contrast against its darker blue-violet colour.

The ring is made in 14K white gold and has a total estimated gemstone weight of approximately 3.50 carats. It has a strong presence on the hand, yet the classic cluster setting keeps it elegant and exceptionally wearable.

The ring was acquired in Austria and bears a 585 gold mark, a BT maker’s mark, and a worn pictorial assay mark.
